"Absolute Fresh Concert" On Saint Patrick's Day

The Absolute Fresh Concert was put on by Franchised Society.  It was at The 567 Cafe in downtown Macon Ga. I performed three songs that night, Reppin', Can You Feel It, and One Thing Remains.  The crowd wasn't that big but I still had fun with the support of my family and friends being there.  I was a little bit nervous at first but once I got in to the second song I started to relax more.  I enjoyed myself and I'm sure everyone that was there did too. :)

Missed My Flight, Missed A 5 Day Cruise

My sister and I planned a 5 day cruise to Mexico almost a month 2 months ago.

Being the person that she is, she paid for everything since I stay broke.

She's excited and so am I because it's just me and her going.

The last cruise we went on was more family oriented 

With my Mother and Grand Mother coming along.

Since I have never been on a plane yet alone a busy airport, I wasn't sure what to expect.

We went through security and I didn't know that you couldn't bring large to medium bottles of anything liquid-ish, like oils, or hair spray, and me being me I brought a of oils! ( I have super dry skin)

Anyways, they through that away!

we finally get to our gate, our flight leaves at 7:35am, we got there at 7:20. 

I'm thinking no one has bored yet because there wasn't a line just a few people sitting.

5 minutes later my sister goes check to see if we can board because on the screens it said "boarding all zones" by time we got to the desk she said she gave our seats away cause we where here!! WHAT?? ARE YOU F'N KIDDING ME!!??

She then tells us to go to another gate that was leaving next and see if they had any extra seats.

Of course they didn't!

We went to 4 different planes and all where full!

we called other airlines...full!

IS EVERYBODY GOING TO MIAMI, FL!!!?? WTF!!

It's already cutting it close, the ship leave at 4pm and we should have been on by 2ish.

My sister and I are about to bust out crying, "This is just ridiculous!"

After a couple more hours of us still trying to find seats, it's about 1:00pm

We finally give up and take a van back to our  boring @$$ town with no smiles and not a story we want to keep repeating over and over again!

My first experience in an airport might just be my last.
